CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Showcasing the typical characteristics of a Coonawarra Cabernet.

Dark magenta purple with a bright ruby hue in colour, with a very complex nose with hints of blackberries, ripe cherries and dark choc mint.

This complexity carries over to the palate - rich, juicy and ribena-like, with plums and fruitcake characters showing through.

As ever the finish is long and lingering with wonderful 'soft grain' tannins.

SHIRAZ

Aromas of this Shiraz tending towards cherries and berries with undertones of leather and cedar.

The palate is lengthy, structured and full of soft tannin.

It’s great for cellaring in the short term, however we suggest you try some now with some rare beef or cheese.
